Cancellation Policy

All bookings require a deposit to secure your appointment. The remaining amount is payable during your appointment. Deposits are refundable if a cancellation notice of 4 days is given any cancellations after this time deposits will not be refunded. Deposits are transferrable, if you would like to change the treatment and keep your original treatment appointment. All facial treatments have a minimum cancellation and rescheduling time of 48 hours prior to appointment. Full payment is required if this timeframe is not adhered too.
